Another adventure trip out to the dry and hot. Verbiage here, pics below.
All my junk. Notice not much Blokage, but still started with slightly too much food. The rain pants and jacket stayed behind too. Not pictured are the pizza, burritos and sodas.
Rolling I-70 out to Loma with Scotty. He helped me coordinate logistics and came along to ride the prologue and Mary's with me before bailing back to Fruita.
The orb looms somewhere around the Fish Ford section.
It's gonna be a hot one. Cresting the ridge of the McGraw Bottom section.
Shadin' it out somewhere on the shandies.
Miles and miles of shadeless rocky trails.
Nothing but clear blue and probably near 100 degrees.
