racing schedule!

well, i finally wrote down my racing schedule for the year, you can check it out on the right. list subject to change.

whew... tired today. 8 consecutive days of training has left me feeling like a sluggish rubbery blob. hr was a little high this morning when i got up, so no training today! or training proper that is. probably still stress the liver a bit processing some carbs. gotta work on that energy processing efficiency. :)
